Trail School

Beginners, intermediates or experts are all welcome to take part in our range of events

Starting in 2016 the Run. Coed y Brenin Trail School will offer education, inspiration and motivation to trail runners new and seasoned. Our offerings will cover introductions to trail running, products, nutrition, navigation, techniques and special guest seminars from some of the UK’s foremost trail runners.

We feel that every trail runner can improve. Whether just starting out or a seasoned competitor, your appetite for learning should still be prevalent in our view and the Trail School will aim to make your hours on the trails even more enjoyable and fulfilling.

You can be safe in the knowledge that our staff have decades of outdoor, running and mountain experience, all relevant to your course. In addition to this we will bolster this knowledge with seminar sessions from international athletes, who have performed at the highest level in trail and mountain running.
