Everyone needs a break sometime…
After almost three years of Thursday night runs from the Run Coed y Brenin team (we began in September 2014!), we are taking a break for the month of August!
Why? Well, firstly a lot of our regulars will be on holiday, no doubt enjoying some trails in other parts of the world. Secondly our leaders also need a break, they have been warriors all year (Rich, Jude, Mat et al). Finally, Matt (Ward) will be taking a couple of weeks off in August and we feel that a little summer hiatus won’t do any harm.
We’ll all be back raring to go in early September (7th) for some Thursday night fun, but remember the trails of Coed y Brenin will be still open 24/7, so if you want to organise your own informal group trots, go for it, on any day of the week.
The final #NightRun will be on the 27th of July, at the BBQ night, and the September / October schedule will appear here in the next week or two.
Thanks as ever to the amazing trail running community for your support / diolch o galon am yr cefnogaeth!
Matt
