You can expect all of the benefits of a trail running event – greater organisation, a marked and marshalled route, with fuel stations, with the emphasis on taking part, completing the challenge, whether gunning for a PB, running your first race, or simply just taking part to complete the challenge – inspiring both achievement and participation as it’s founding principles!
Taking place on Sunday the 31st of May 2015 at 11.00am, the Anna Frost 10k is open to both men and women. The route is on fully marked and marshalled forest roads and way-marked footpaths, with some challenging ascents and descents which will ensure that sense of achievement after the event! The run takes in around 200m of ascent and as you will see from the course profile, ascends early on, before descending to the river Mawddach and steadily climbing back along the valley to the finish line at the Coed y Brenin visitor centre.
