Anna Frost delights at the Big Trail Weekend
After 4 days of runs, seminars and workshops, film sessions, the Fearless Frosty book launch and a 10k race, the decision was unanimous – the inaugural Anna Frost Big Trail Weekend at Coed y Brenin was an overwhelming success.
