Anna Frost delights at the Big Trail Weekend

After 4 days of runs, seminars and workshops, film sessions, the Fearless Frosty book launch and a 10k race, the decision was unanimous – the inaugural Anna Frost Big Trail Weekend at Coed y Brenin was an overwhelming success.

But don’t take our word for it, here are just a small selection of the comments we received post-event:

Emily Cobb‪ Thanks for an awesome day Anna! I learned tons and have a lot of new tools to take me forward with my enjoyment of running. You’re a star!

Venus B. Pajooh‪ Thank you Frosty, your an inspiration! Very pleased to have met you and the wonderful people in Wales we had lots of fun and it was all just perfect!

Jayne Angilley‪ Such a brilliant and inspiring weekend. Thank you!And it was lovely to meet you and share some trails.

Sarah Holton‪ Thank you so much! Ran this morning and could hear a little voice screaming abs! it was such an inspirational day. Feeling so positive about my running now, have started reading rushing woman’s syndrome and planning my training around my menstrual cycle. I can’t believe how much I’ve learnt! Wish I could do it all again

Suzanne Eccleston‪ Had a fabulous day Anna, so much new information! What an inspiration you are ‪- Big big thank you XX

Angela Jones‪ Thank you for a great day and lots of top tips. Feeling much more confident now for my first marathon #TrailMarathonWales

Elly Downing‪ Great evening Anna. Lovely to meet you. I think you might have got me hooked on yoga

Scott Mathers‪ Another great run in Coed-y-brenin. Every time I run there it makes me remember why I love running so much! Well done Anna Frost, Matt Ward and everyone else involved for another brilliant event.

Frosty was also really pleased with the weekend and the reaction for the attendees, stating:

“I love coming back to Wales, but this weekend was extra special. I was blown-away by the enthusiasm of the runners who came along – so much warmth and mutual inspiration. I can’t wait to come back in 2016!”

We are already thinking about the 2016 event, so keep in touch with all of the news at Run. Coed y Brenin and we hope to have some news on the 2016 Anna Frost Big Trail Weekend later in the year.
