A Day with Anna Frost

Exciting News Alert! Not exactly Trail Marathon Wales news, but all related to trail running and Coed y Brenin. In 2015 we will be hosting a very special day (date to be announced once our guest knows her 2015 race movements!) – A Day with Anna Frost.

The global trail running star will return to some of her Welsh roots as she joins us at Coed y Brenin. Frosty will be a guest of honour, lead a run from our shop Run. Coed y Brenin, present a seminar on women’s running and a Q & A on her global trail running exploits. The day will also include lunch, product demonstrations from our sponsors Salomon and Suunto and there will be an exclusive Anna Frost goody bag for each lucky attendee.

Suffice to say that demand will be extremely high for this event and we will have a restriction on numbers to 100 attendees, with ticket prices are to be announced once we know a little more about the costs involved. To register your interest and go into our participant lottery simply follow this link.
